These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "Member") and jl61 (hereinafter "jl61," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jl61.asia (the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the jl61 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as jl61's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the jl61 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any posted amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register an Account and use jl61 Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement is mandatory under applicable Philippine regulations and is strictly enforced by jl61.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of jl61 Services is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which jl61 is prohibited from offering its Services under applicable law.
• You are acting as an individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any other person, entity, or corporate body.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of taking responsibility for your own actions and obligations arising from your use of the Platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jl61 or any associated game provider.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) jl61 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, identities, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. jl61 uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jl61 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details as they appear on your government-issued identification. jl61 is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the User.

4.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl61 Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jl61 will not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

4.4 Notification of Unauthorized Access. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your jl61 Account, you must notify jl61 immediately via the live chat support function on jl61.asia. jl61 recommends enabling OTP two-factor authentication to reduce the risk of unauthorized Account access.

4.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). jl61 operates a KYC verification program in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. Users may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method documentation at any point. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality.

5.1 Approved Deposit Methods. jl61 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT (TRC20 and ERC20). Approved payment methods may change without prior notice at jl61's discretion.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transactions. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods may vary as displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit.

5.3 Processing Times. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to the User's jl61 Account in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits (BDO, BPI, UnionBank) may take 5 to 30 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain network confirmations.

5.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. jl61 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit found to originate from a payment account not belonging to the Account holder may be subject to investigation, suspension, and possible return of funds.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Users whose Accounts are in good standing. jl61 reserves the right to withhold or delay processing of any withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected prohibited conduct.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. Minimum withdrawal amounts for other methods are as displayed on the Platform.

6.3 Processing Time. jl61 targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes of submission. Processing times for bank transfers and cryptocurrency withdrawals may vary. These are operational targets and not contractual guarantees; processing may be delayed in circumstances beyond jl61's reasonable control.

6.4 Verification Threshold. Withdrawal requests totalling more than ₱50,000 in a single transaction require satisfactory completion of KYC verification prior to processing. jl61 may additionally request verification for lower amounts at its discretion.

6.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. jl61 applies a policy of returning funds to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, jl61 will contact the User to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

6.6 Bonus Fund Restrictions. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Only Real Money Funds meeting all applicable conditions may be withdrawn.

7.1 Promotion-Specific Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional benefits made available by jl61 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall govern in respect of that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion. jl61 reserves the right to restrict which games contribute to the satisfaction of wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. jl61 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using automated software to meet wagering requirements; placing low-risk hedging bets across outcomes to exploit bonus mechanics; and any other conduct designed to derive value from a promotion contrary to its intended purpose.

7.4 Bonus Modification and Cancellation. jl61 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion, bonus, or offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled, any winnings derived from that bonus that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will not be eligible for withdrawal.

8.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each game available on the jl61 Platform is governed by its own game-specific rules. By placing a wager on any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game. Game rules are accessible within the game interface.

8.2 Random Number Generation. All jl61 RNG-based casino games utilize certified random number generator technology that has been independently tested and verified for statistical fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by professional human dealers in monitored studio environments. jl61 does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.3 Return to Player. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages applicable to individual games are provided by the respective game studios and are available for review in the game information panel. Actual returns in any given session may differ materially from theoretical RTP values.

8.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or system error that affects the outcome or recording of a game round, jl61 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the User's Account. jl61's decision in respect of any disputed game outcome shall be final.

8.5 Disputed Results. Any dispute concerning a game result must be submitted to jl61 customer support within seven (7) days of the disputed round. Claims submitted beyond this period may not be eligible for review.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the jl61 Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds therein may be withheld or forfeited:

• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or in collaboration with others.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or in response to KYC requests.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorized by jl61.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or jl61.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including professional gambling operations not explicitly permitted by jl61.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl61 employees, agents, or other Users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or other anonymizing tool in order to circumvent geographic or access restrictions.

jl61 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in investigations concerning fraudulent activity, money laundering, and other illegal conduct conducted through the Platform.

10.1 Age Restriction. Access to jl61 Services is strictly limited to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gambling in the Philippines. jl61 employs age verification mechanisms at the point of registration and reserves the right to perform additional age verification checks at any time.

10.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. jl61 provides the following tools to assist Players in managing their gambling activity responsibly:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum net loss they are prepared to sustain within a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may enable automatic reminders that notify them of the duration of their active gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via jl61 customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a matter of priority.

11.1 All content on the jl61 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, audio, video, and the compilation of such content, is the property of jl61 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl61 Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without jl61's prior written consent.

11.3 The jl61 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of jl61. You may not use jl61 trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion, dilute brand value, or imply endorsement without express written permission.

12.1 jl61 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl61 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12.2 jl61 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: game outcomes; reliance on Platform content; technical failures; unauthorized Account access; or service interruptions.

12.3 jl61's maximum aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Services, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in the User's Account at the time the claim arises.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jl61's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13.1 Voluntary Closure. A User may request closure of their jl61 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of applicable bonus restrictions) will be refunded to the User's registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable verification requirements.

13.2 jl61-Initiated Closure. jl61 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; engagement in prohibited conduct; provision of false registration information; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected fraud or money laundering; or any other reason jl61 considers sufficient to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Users.

13.3 Funds on Closure. Where an Account is closed due to a User's breach of these Terms or engagement in prohibited conduct, jl61 reserves the right to retain any funds in the Account as a set-off against costs, losses, or damages suffered by jl61 or third parties as a result of such breach or conduct. jl61 will notify the User of any such retention in writing.

13.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has received no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. jl61 may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive Accounts as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule, where applicable and permitted by law.

14.1 jl61 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jl61 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to active Users via the Platform or registered contact details, though this is not guaranteed in all circumstances.

14.2 The current version of these Terms, together with the effective date, will always be accessible at jl61.asia/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

14.3 Your continued use of the jl61 Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amendments. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

15.2 Regulatory Context. jl61 operates in a manner consistent with applicable Philippine online gaming regulations, including PAGCOR guidelines relevant to online gambling service providers operating in or serving players in the Philippines.

15.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and jl61, you agree to first contact jl61 customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of notification, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent court of the Philippines.

15.4 Waiver of Class Action. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action or collective proceeding against jl61 to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
