We may request proof of your identity before processing your request. Note that certain rights are subject to limitations under applicable law — for example, jl61 cannot delete transaction data that is required to be retained for AML compliance purposes.

The jl61 Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged twenty-one (21) years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. jl61 does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data relating to individuals under 21 years of age.

At registration, jl61 requires all Users to confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement. Age verification checks are performed as part of jl61's KYC program. Where jl61 identifies or has reasonable grounds to suspect that an Account has been registered by an individual under 21 years of age, jl61 will immediately suspend the Account, initiate a verification process, and if the suspicion is confirmed, permanently close the Account and take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable law.

jl61 primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines or in jurisdictions offering an equivalent or adequate level of data protection. Where personal data is transferred to service providers or partners located outside the Philippines — for example, in connection with cloud infrastructure or game studio integrations — jl61 takes steps to ensure that such transfers are conducted in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the implementation of appropriate contractual safeguards.

jl61 does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions known to have inadequate data protection frameworks without implementing appropriate additional safeguards and, where required, obtaining the prior consent of the data subject.

The jl61 Platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services, including payment gateways, game studios, and identity verification platforms. This Privacy Policy applies only to data processing activities conducted by jl61 in connection with the Platform.

Third-party service providers integrated into the Platform operate under their own privacy policies and terms of service. jl61 does not control and is not responsible for the data processing practices of third parties. 15.1 jl61 reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or the nature of the Services provided. Where changes are material, jl61 will endeavour to provide advance notice to active Users through the Platform or by notification to registered contact details.

15.2 The current version of this Policy, together with its effective date, is published at jl61.asia/privacy-policy. The effective date at the top of this Policy indicates when the current version came into force.

15.3 Your continued use of the jl61 Platform following the posting of an updated Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to the updated terms. If you do not agree with any material changes to this Policy, you may request Account closure in accordance with the Account closure procedures in the jl61 Terms & Conditions.
